When you call our intake line, we collect the information you provide to process a service request: your name, callback number, company or property name, service address, and a description of the issue. When you visit our website, we may collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages viewed.

- To route and respond to service requests, including notifying the appropriate technician
- To send confirmation and status texts about a request you initiated, only after you agree to receive them during the call
- To maintain accurate service records and improve how our systems handle requests
- To communicate with you if you contact us directly
SMS / text messaging privacy
Message frequency varies by service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is collected verbally during a live phone call and is never a condition of receiving service — see our SMS consent documentation for the exact mechanism.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate our systems — for example, our telephony, messaging, and AI processing providers — each bound by their own confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
We retain service-request information only as long as needed to deliver the service and maintain accurate records, consistent with the written data agreement in place for any client engagement. We do not retain more than what's operationally necessary.
Data security
We use encryption in transit, access controls scoped per engagement, and audit logging on the systems that process service requests. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, documented steps to protect the information we handle.
